Abdominal Workout with Stability Ball

This is the alternative ab exercise circuit, so if you don't have the fancy cables, this is what you can do instead with just a stability ball and your bodyweight. Now all of the exercises that we are doing in this entire workout, are advanced ab exercises, so there is more spinal flexion, so if you have any low back problems, you should skip these exercises. These are just for people without back pain, and looking to get advanced ab definition and ab musculature.
