Chicken Salad
A can of white meat chicken, lettuce,

On a bed of lettuce, place chicken, diced celery, diced apples, raisins and a few
chopped walnuts. Mix together dressing according to your desired taste and consistency.
Serve over salad.TRY SERVING WITH:
This is really a full meal. Add some raw vegetables if you need a little more.
Mixed Green Salad with
Turkey, Mozzarella and Fruit
HERE'S WHAT TO PICK
UP:
A prepackaged bag of mixed green salad mix, cooked turkey breast (such as Jennie-O),
a handful of lowfat mozzarella cubes, grapes, strawberries, celery and lowfat raspberry
vinaigrette dressing. Cube turkey breast, slice fruit and dice celery. Combine in a large salad bowl.
(Just make sure not to overdo cheese or dressing)
TRY SERVING WITH:
Whole wheat french bread.

UP:
Bag of salad, tomatoes, lean ham/turkey, avocado, light bacon bits,
hard-boiled eggs (some stores sell near deli, or make your own, or omit), crumbled blue cheese.
Just go light on the avocado, blue cheese, eggs and bacon and use a light vinaigrette.
TRY SERVING WITH:
Whole grain rolls or bread.
