Side Plank with a Hip Thrust: Do 15 Reps. Switch sides and repeat.

5 Minutes of Cardio-Run/Jog for 5 Minutes Keeping Your Heartrate in your target zone.

Glute Hip Lifts with a leg abduction: Do 15 Reps. Switch sides and repeat.

5 Minutes of Cardio-Run/Jog for 5 Minutes Keeping Your Heartrate in your target zone.

Straight leg deadlifts with an upright row: Do 12-15 Reps with 5-10 pound dumbells.

5 Minutes of Cardio-Run/Jog for 5 Minutes

Then do the following without the cardio in between
