This is going to be another great bodyweight workout combo. Its going to use a divebomber pushup, to an abdominal crunch, then we are going to go into a squat and then to a crunch. So we are actually doing 4 full sets of crunches. Combined with the pushups, and the squats. So let's get this started. We are going to work every bodypart, with a little bit more focus on the core.
