Working out helps increase levels of "feel good" chemicals called endorphins. 20-30 minutes of exercise, 3-4 times per week, not only promotes health and energy, but it is the antidote for mild depression and anxiety. Don't have 20 minutes? Chop your workout time into smaller bits. Take a 10 minute walk, before or after dinner, and a 10 minute walk during lunch. Brief bouts of exercise boost your metabolism regularly throughout the day.
