My name is Ryan Lee, and welcome you to this special DVD. This is a sprint fitness workout using just dumbbells. This workout is completely versatile. It is 10 different workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home. We are just going to using a simple set of dumbbells. A lot of the exercise that we are going to do are going to focus on strength. Other videos that we do are going to focus more on cardiovascular endurance, and we are going to do more running.
